  1. Civ V Terracotta Army Map
The Terracotta Army in Xi'an, aka Terracotta Warriors and Horses, is a super large collection of life-size terra cotta sculptures in battle formations, reproducing the mega imperial guard troops of Emperor Qin Shi Huang (259 - 210BC), the first emperor of the first unified dynasty of Imperial China.
Being the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Terracotta Army is no doubt a must-see for every visitor to Xi'an.

For Sid Meier's Civilization V on the PC, a GameFAQs message board topic titled. The Terracotta Army is one my favourite ones to grab.

Originally the ancient funerary project for Emperor Qin Shi Huang, the Terracotta Warriors China are now displayed in a live museum built on the site, officially named Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum, showing the life stories of the emperor and the once powerful Qin Empire (221 – 207BC) in those days of pomp and vigor.

History – over 2,200 years

Chronicle – 246 BC to today

Discovery – by local famers, in 1974

About the Master of Terracotta Army China - Qin Shi Huang

Upon ascending the throne at the age of 13, Emperor Qin Shi Huang had begun to prepare for his mausoleum. Taking 11 years to finish, the mausoleum is speculated to house many treasures and sacrificial objects. The most amazing masterpiece should be the Terracotta soldiers guarding the emperor in his life after death.

You can buy food but it will be a little bit expensive, so it is suggested to take some food on your own.

We arrive at Xi’an North Railway station at 12:47 on April 30
and would like to use the free bus to Terracotta Warriors. Is it possible to buy our tickets quickly and catch the 1pm bus? Where do we go to buy tickets and get on bus? Thanks
Answered by Ethan from DENMARK Apr. 16, 2019 23:03
I am afraid that the time is not enough for you to take the 13:00 bus. You can find the entrance tickets of the scenic area at the tourist center inside the North Railway Station. After arriving, you can easily find the place based on the English signs.

Any bus from Terracota Army museum to Huashan?

Civ V Terracotta Army Map

Hi, I would like to go to Terracota Army museum in the morning, and head to Huashan in the evening (will overnight there).
Can you advise what is the best way to go to Huashan from Terracota Army museum? Is it compulsory to go back to Xi'an and only go the Huashan?
Answered by Alice from NEW ZEALAND Mar. 29, 2019 02:29
The most convenient transportation is go back to the city and then take a high speed train from Xi'an North to Huashan. From the Main Railway Station to Xi'an North, you can walk south about 800m to take Metro Line 4 to Xingzheng Zhongxin and then transfer to MTR Line 2 to Beikezhan. After that, you can get to the station.
