For the meantime, regarding with disabling Cortana on your headphone, you can directly connect it to Bluetooth so that the Cortana Features will not become as its function. However, all of the Cortana command or features will be disabled as well. To set up your headphone directly to Bluetooth, please follow this steps. Or you may check under Cortana to manage your Cortana feature.

You can review and control exactly what personal information Cortana can access by clicking into the search box and selecting Settings on the left pane. You can also search 'Cortana settings' in the search box on the taskbar, and select Cortana & Search settings from the results.

First pair your headphones:
