I haven't been able to find a fix for this. I have tried opening with and without Steam and I have gotten rid of all of my overclock. I reinstalled the entire application, but still haven't been able to fix the launch issue.

You are not prepared.
For those not familiar with it, Planetside 2 is a massively multiplayer online first person shooter developed by Daybreak Game Company A.K.A Sony Online Entertainment.
Like many first person shooters, Planetside 2 handles its hit boxes for bullets and collisions between objects and entities like players and vehicles on the Client's(Player's) end rather than on the Server's end.
Unlike most first person shooters, Planetside 2 stores this information in a plain text file.

The Developers claim a fix is on its way, but the game has apparently handled this critical data in this manner since the beta release in 2012.
To make matters worse, trusted community members reported this oversight three years ago.
